Iryna Vashchuk Discipio is a Ukrainian-American humanitarian leader and founder of Revived Soldiers Ukraine, a nonprofit dedicated to saving and restoring the lives of severely wounded Ukrainian soldiers and civilians.
Her work began in 2014, when she started personally helping injured servicemen obtain life-saving medical treatment abroad after witnessing the lack of rehabilitation care available in Ukraine at the onset of the war.
Recognizing the urgent need for long-term systemic support, she founded Revived Soldiers Ukraine to expand access to advanced prosthetics, rehabilitation, and critical medical assistance. Since then, Iryna has worked across international medical networks, philanthropic partners, and advocacy communities to ensure wounded Ukrainians receive world-class care and a path back to dignity and independence.
